How airline policies apply when you change or cancel.

Before payment

Cancel anytime before payment is confirmed — no fees. The order moves to CANCELLED status immediately.

After payment, before ticketing

Some fares allow free cancellation in this short window. Check your order detail page.

After ticket issued

Refund and change rules follow the airline's fare conditions. tripfi charges a service fee of max($5 USDT, 3% of refund). Refunds are returned in USDT-TRC20 to the address you specify (you'll be asked when you submit the request).
