Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account data: email, password hash, profile fields you choose to fill in.
- Booking data: passenger name, DOB, gender, nationality, travel document number — required by airlines for ticket issuance.
- Payment data: order ID, expected USDT amount, transaction hash. We do not see your wallet's private key or other balances.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, request timestamps — for security and debugging.
Why we collect it
To issue tickets, prevent fraud, comply with airline / payment provider requirements, and improve the product.
Who we share it with
- The airline issuing your ticket (passenger details only)
- Our payment provider (Glacix) — for crediting your USDT deposit
- Email service (privateemail.com) — for transactional notifications
- Government / regulatory bodies — only if required by law
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for ad targeting.
Retention
Booking records are kept for 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Your rights
