Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of tripfi.xyz (the "Service") operated by tripfi. By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

tripfi is a flight booking platform that aggregates inventory from multiple airline GDS providers and accepts payment in USDT-TRC20 cryptocurrency. We are an agent acting on behalf of you to book flights with the relevant airline. Airline fare rules and terms apply to all bookings.

2. Booking & payment

All prices are quoted in USDT-TRC20. Once you initiate a booking, the fare is held for 30 minutes ("price lock"). Failure to complete payment within the lock window will release the seat. Payment must be made on the Tron network in the exact amount displayed; deposits on other networks cannot be recovered.

3. Refunds & changes

Refund and change eligibility are governed by the airline fare rules associated with each booking. tripfi charges a service fee of max($5 USDT, 3% of refund value). Refunds are processed in USDT-TRC20 to a wallet address you provide.

4. User obligations

You warrant that all information you provide (passenger details, contact information, payment amount/network) is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring that you and your traveling party meet all visa, health, and entry requirements for the chosen itinerary.

5. Limitation of liability

tripfi acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or any other operational matter outside our control. Our liability for any single booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
