Common questions about transferring USDT.

Why is the amount $103.07 and not $103.00?

The decimal tail (.07 in this example) is how we identify which booking your transfer belongs to without you needing a memo or tag. Always send the exact amount shown.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

If the amount differs from what we expect, the system flags it as AMOUNT_MISMATCH, automatically opens a support ticket, and our team contacts you to refund or adjust the order — usually within 24 hours.

What if I sent on the wrong network?

Only USDT-TRC20 (Tron network) is supported. Transfers on ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, etc. cannot be recovered. Always double-check the network in your wallet before sending.

How fast does it confirm?

Tron blocks finalize in 3 seconds. We require 3-5 confirmations (about 30-60 seconds total) before our payment provider credits the order. Once credited, ticketing is automatic.

My payment isn't showing up

Click the "I've completed the transfer" button on the payment page to accelerate verification. If it still doesn't show after 3 minutes, double-check the amount and address. Then open a support ticket with your transaction hash.
